Best Western Portland West Beaverton Hotel, Portland

The hotel was located in a great spot just outside Portland, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for accommodating our family. However, the continental breakfast was underwhelming, offering the typical options without any exciting choices. The service was pleasant overall, though there were instances where attention to customer safety seemed lacking.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were beautifully furnished, and I loved the view of the fountains from my window. However, I wished the TV's were a bit more modern. The service was friendly but could have been more knowledgeable. The location was good for those wanting to explore outside Portland but did have some loiterers around. The dining options were decent, although the ambience was occasionally disrupted by construction noise. The facilities were well-kept with limited options.

The hotel seriously needs to update its property, and the whole ordeal of waiting six hours for a room was frustrating. The pool was disappointingly dirty. On the bright side, the location is not too far from downtown, which influenced my decision to stay here.
